What is your cancellation policy for Trakop?
The cancellation policy for the website is applicable once you have reached the end of the agreement term period. The subscription for all users will automatically renew once the subscription term nears 1 year or equals the agreed term. Therefore, if any customer wishes to cancel the subscription of their free or custom Trakop application, you can email us at info@trakop.com for the same 30 days prior to the autorenewal date. This would
allow us enough time to process your request.
